Nutritious Cinnamon

    You may be surprised that cinnamon is a supplement. It is the subject of this blog episode. . Cinnamon is a sample of inner-bark  from the Cinnamomum tree. One study showed that taking cinnamon can reduce insulin resistance, which decreases fasting blood sugar level . This may be helpful if an individual is trying to lower their blood sugar.  Due to its metabolizing effects, cinnamon can also help with frequent thirst, frequent hunger, and vision.
